The HomeCare Center is not a diagnostic tool and should not solely be used to diagnose or administer treatment for diabetes. The use of the HomeCare Center should not replace regular visits to doctor or health care professional. Concerns about or questions regarding the treatment of diabetes should be directed to your doctor only.

Rose Technologies does not give or imply any warranties, promises, or representations for success in diabetes management using the HomeCare Center. Rose Technologies is not responsible for the consequences of any information contained in or submitted to the site. The HomeCare Center is equipped with diabetes management software and is provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind written, expressed, or implied.

We agree to respect the privacy of the user and treat all data that is submitted to the site as confidential. We will not disclose any data submitted or other personal information to any third party without the users express consent.

The use of the Internet is solely at your own risk and is subject to all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations. We will make an effort to maintain a secure and reliable site, however the confidentiality of any communication or data transmitted to Rose Technologies over the Internet cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for the security of any information transmitted over the Internet.

The HomeCare Center may not be downloaded to run on a local computer or Intranet without the express permission of Rose Technologies.

The operators nor any employees, proprietors, representatives, or owners of Rose Technologies will be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the HomeCare Center.
